The First Visit
The necessary paperwork will be sent to you when you schedule an appointment. To save time, please enter your email address at this link to receive your forms, complete them ahead of time and bring them to your appointment. If you have insurance, please let us know so we can confirm whether or not you are covered.
At your first visit, you’ll start by having a meeting with the doctor to have a consultation. You’ll go over your history and discuss what’s currently bothering you, what are some of the things that have happened in your past, and your goals. He then will perform a comprehensive examination. It will include
- Neurological scan using Insight technology
- A posture screening
- Chiropractic examination that includes range of motion tests, muscle palpation, and orthopedic tests
Depending on what you’re presenting with, you will likely receive your first chiropractic adjustment. If the doctor feels that X-rays or extra tests are warranted, he will refer you out as he doesn’t take X-rays.
Regular Visits
These appointments are fairly quick at just 5-10 minutes. You will be adjusted and depending on what your goals are, he may provide other modalities. If the doctor has to include any soft tissue work or use Rock Tape, then he’ll discuss that with you so you can allow some extra time.

Just as you brush your teeth twice a day to maintain optimal oral health or take your car in for oil changes at recommended intervals to keep it running smoothly, getting adjusted on a regular basis can help you enjoy optimal overall health. The decision, however, as to how often you want to come in for care is always yours.
